3V's Cosmetic Division provides a comprehensive range of specialities for the cosmetic industry.

Our raw materials are developed through an extensive research and development policy that is constantly support by the company's commitment to invest in new technology and state-of-the-art production facilities. Our effort to develop new products has culminated in the patenting and commercialization of new UV-filters and acrylic based rheology modifiers.

Quality and Safety
3V considers quality and safety (both environmental and product safety) as primary objectives of its work and dedicates a continuous effort to ensure compliance with the strictest guidelines. This is an-on-going process that led 3V to match several challenging targets such as: ensure quality system for its European and American manufacturing facilities, develop a prize winning waste water treatment technology, obtain European registration for its proprietary UV-filters, produce acrylic acid-based rheology modifiers virtually solvent free, implement physical form for its specialties that are safer to use.

3V operates its chemical plants and equipment plants under strict quality control standards, using the latest technology and highly qualified procedures.

Environmental Safety
3V developed an innovative process to treat waste waters contaminated with organics. This is called TOP and it is a wet oxidation system that applies Temperature, Oxygen and Pressure to oxidise organic contaminants from process waste water and turn them into water and carbon dioxide. This process was honoured with the 1990 award by ENEA, acting as the best technology and highly qualified procedures.
